How can I help
- Incorrect, outdated, or unclear information on a page. Tell me which page and what it says.
- An updated listing: a changed meeting point, a language added or removed, a new condition.
- Which of the six options suits you, if the comparison and the listings they haven’t solved it.
- A question about the castle: what’s the best time, which entrance, whether you can get in with a stroller. That’s what six seasons at the ticket office are for. What to expect from the visit.
What I can’t do
I’m not the Castello Sforzesco, I’m not the City of Milan, and I’m not an operator. I can’t sell, book, hold, move, or refund a spot on any tour. A booking made elsewhere is changed or cancelled where it was made, using the confirmation they sent you.
I can’t even confirm a condition for you: if you need a step-free route, a specific language, or a different time, ask the operator before you leave. What each listing says about accessibility and in which language each tour is given is as far as I can go.
Before you write
Four questions come up almost every week and already have a page. The castle charges: no, the museums do. It’s open on Mondays: the courtyards yes, the museums noYou can see the Sala delle Asse: not now, it’s under restorationThe Cenacolo tour enters the castle museums: no, it stays in the courtyards.
